HIGH CLOSE WORKSHOPS
Guided Walks Around High Close Area
Tuesdays March 16th, 23rd & 30th
Alison Armstrong will lead the first two and will look at walls around High Close up to the township boundary. Dr Roger Martlew will lead the last one in and around High Close and together they'll be drawing together the work of the project.
Leaving Grassington top car park (near the Town Hall) at 1000. Bring a packed lunch

Thursday March 11th
Dr Patrick Ottaway will present a talk looking at Roman York and its environs, for us to compare and contrast with our area; he's just completed a monograph on recent excavations.
